Busy, Busy, Busy!
Right Busy Bees?
It’s soooo hard to eat properly throughout the week if I don’t have things in the fridge already prepped and ready to go. I always end up resorting to that bag of chips in the freezer or toast with peanut butter (which I’m not supposed to have. I’m not allergic, but I’ve learned in the last few months my stomach is very sensitive to them). All bad things.
So here’s what going to happen this week:
Salads portioned out
Sliced cucumber and bell pepper
Chopped celery carrots and cauliflower
Chicken breasts cooked and pulled apart
Tuna avocado salad
Homemade coconut milk
Chocolate Coconut freezer fudge (recipe soon, you definitely want this one ;))
